Storytelling
My earliest memories were amongst women telling stories. I share stories that reflect real life. I do this through performing my stories in gallery settings, street performance art, film, media and theater. I facilitate storytelling circles to help others share their stories, as well.
Healing Arts
Since 2008 I have been very blessed to have taught yoga to all different ages, backgrounds, physical abilities and styles. I am a Reiki practitioner and I have a certificate in Community Herbalism. I am a trained, professional chef who offers personal chef services occasionally.
Community Advocacy
The first one act play I directed was a social justice play at age 17. I’ve been volunteering since I was a young child. I’ve worked with youth, individuals who are experiencing homelessness and now with adults with disabilities. I offer wellness and creative workshops to organizations that support important causes.

Work With Me
ho·lism ˈhō-ˌliz-əm. 1. : a theory that the universe and especially living nature is correctly seen in terms of interacting wholes (as of living organisms) that are more than the mere sum of elementary particles. {Merriam-Webster}
I believe that we are multifaceted beings. Everything connects together to make the whole. My art is the culmination of a life lived in pursuit of healing, love and commitment to joy.
